We are open for both in person and online workouts.
IN PERSON - Private Pilates (1 client), Semi-Private Pilates (2 clients), Mat and TRX Classes (limit 2 clients)
ONLINE - Private, Semi-Private, Mat Classes (more than 2)
Masks are required at all times inside the studio.
Social distancing is practiced - Equipment and mats are all at least 6 feet apart.
All equipment, bathrooms, waiting areas are wiped down between appointments.
