Pilates Body and Mind
Pilates Body and Mind offers high quality, classical Pilates instruction, located in the historical Perrinville Village in Edmonds. We are focused on the client experience and offer one-on-one, semi-private and small group classes. We get to know your body, it's needs and you! You get a customized workout and you leave feeling better, taller, and in more control of your body.
What We Do
Our studio is equipped with Gratz Pilates equipment, the gold standard for authentic, classical apparatus. Our private and semi-private sessions incorporate exercises on all equipment. We offer small group mat classes, up to 8 people per class for every level of ability. We also have TRX classes for up to 4 people. The TRX exercises can be incorporated into the apparatus sessions as well.
